New banner in progress...

Working on a new banner for this blog. What do you think so far?
In my garden
Some Easter blooms in our garden, and one of my goofy Seagull friends. They like to peek at me through my sunroom window.
How I'll miss you, mountains
I'll be returning to Toronto in May. Sometimes I don't realize how much I like a city until I scram.
Harbourfront
A curious silver shack on stilts, and the Olympic Flame. It's a toasty place to stop for a rest. Very rarely lit though. I wish they'd fire 'er up every day.
Signs of spring
The days are getting longer, the grasses are greener, and little bits of blooms are coming up here and there. I love it.
Granville Island
Took a stroll over the bridge to Granville Island, and stopped to say hello to this beautiful swan on my way home.
Return as an animal - Bruno Dicolla
Just my kind of weirdness. "The myth of the eternal return of life after death." By Bruno Dicolla.
Lost Lagoon, Stanley Park
I'm drawn to Lost Lagoon nearly every Sunday now. I like to imagine that tiny island of tall grass is a racoon oasis.
